Organic wild foraged Turkey Tail, Reishi and Chaga
*Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor) – Make a tincture (recipe under our learn page) or simmer to make a tea.
*Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) – Make a tincture (recipe under our learn page) or simmer a chunk to make a tea. Chaga tastes similar to coffee and is known to have antioxidant properties which helps to support your immune system and overall well being.
How to make Chaga tea – take small pieces of Chaga and place in boiling water. Keep at a rolling boil for 15 minutes. Strain out the pieces and sweeten if desired. Store in fridge for up to 3 days. You can also place pieces in a crock pot steeping the chaga until its releases its colour. Keep the crock pot on low and drink as needed. Replenish by adding more water until the chaga starts to lose it strong rich colour. Discard pieces and start over.
