Smoked chanterelles ground and mixed with something sweet, a little heat, and a dash of perfection!
Use this dry rub for chicken, tofu, pork, potatoes, fish or beef. Rub generously and fry or bake. Also excellent mixed with coconut milk as a marinade on any of the above.
Ingredients: Alder smoked wild chanterelle mushroom, oyster mushroom, raw cane sugar, spanish paprika, sea salt, chili flakes.
